Requesting a Quote

Please be aware that by submitting a quote for commission you are confirming that you are over the age of 18, I cannot accept orders from minors.

When there are commission slots available this will be stated on the Home Page of the Website and notification will also be made via e-mail or social media channels. A quote form will be made available for you to complete providing the specific requirements for the costume build, and you will also be required to submit a design reference sheet. I cannot return a price quote without both of these pieces of information.

Design Reference Sheet

I will build your costume as close to the given reference as possible so it is essential that it is clear and accurate! Once you have been notified that your costume construction has commenced you will not be able to make major changes to the design, small changes may be negotiable.

Your design sheet should as an absolute minimum show two views of your design, front and back, and ideally also provide a side view especially if your design is asymmetrical in any way. Please see the example design sheet below.

Any points of interest or fine details should be highlighted, for example you may need to provide a detail of the underside of a foot if your costume includes indoor feet.

Flat colour without tone is preferred to best match the design with the colour of the build materials. Please note that every attempt will be made to colour match with the materials used but if I have to substitute for the closest available match you will be notified of this.

All costumes are individually priced depending on:

  • The specific features you may have requested on the quote form options (eg. 3D eyes, magnetic horns, indoor feet, etc.)

  • The amount & type of materials required

  • The complexity of the design. The basic price guide assumes a simple one or two colour design - more colours or complex patterning will require more worktime or materials and will increase the price accordingly.

Acceptance of Quote

If you are in agreement with the quoted price for your costume, you may be accepted for a slot in the current queue. If there are a lot of applications for the number of slots available you may be unsuccessful in securing a place in the current opening, this does not mean that I do not want to make your suit and I would encourage you to apply again in the next quotation period.

For all full body commissions I will require the customer to provide a duct tape dummy (DTD) to ensure the bodysuit fits perfectly. It is also essential that the dummy is correctly made with the legs slightly spread and the arms raised in a T position. There are several excellent guides available online to help you with this task, I recommend these couple of guides:

Payment

Prices will be invoiced in GBP (£) I will accept Bank transfers (UK customers) and International Money Transfers/Paypal for International customers.

If you are offered a commission slot I will require a Deposit of 30% of the total costume cost to both secure the slot and acquire the required materials - please note that this payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Full payment or a Starting payment will be required when your place in the queue comes up and I am ready to begin construction.

Payment plans can be either:

  • Deposit (30%) and full payment on start of construction (remaining 70%)

  • Deposit (30%) then 35% on start of construction then remaining 35% towards completion (remaining 70%)

Delays in making payments when required may result in your costume build being put on hold and moved down the completion queue, please communicate any issues with making payments as soon as possible so that we can negotiate a way forward. If failure to make payments results in the cancellation of the commission, the costume will be modified and resold, and the Deposit payment remains non-refundable.

Please note that the quote price for the costume DOES NOT include packaging and shipping costs, this will be invoiced separately on completion of the costume. Any taxes and customs fees incurred will also be the responsibility of the customer to settle so ensure you are prepared to pay such additional costs.

Shipping

Costumes will be securely packaged and sent with insurance and tracking. The insurance will be calculated against the invoiced value of the costume, this cost may be high to ensure that you get a full payout if the costume is lost or badly damaged in transit. Please be aware that for International orders the shipping, insurance and custom/tax costs may also be high so make sure you are prepared to pay this when submitting your quotes - there is no way I can get the suit to you other than by mail!

Warranty

On receipt of your costume please ensure all the parts you ordered are present and check for any damage that may have occurred during shipping to be able to claim against the insurance.

There will be a 30 day warranty period in which time I will accept any suit part(s) back for free repairs. Any modifications made to the suit within this period will void the warranty agreement. After this period any repairs can be arranged with myself at cost (time/material/shipping).

Returns

If you are unhappy with the final product, I will refund the cost of the costume minus the Deposit cost. This must be arranged within the Warranty period and the suit returned in the condition it was received in, if it has been modified or damaged I will reduce the refund amount accordingly. The returned costume will be altered to change the original design and sold on.
